PURPOSE
The course is aimed at those working or intending to operate in various ways, in partnership "A non-profit organization People in the Way," in order to develop the skills and competences of the operator voluntarily for the reception, listening, understanding, encouragement, and enhancement of the user in a situation of social marginality In support of his personal autonomy and their social reintegration, in accordance with their personalized care.
OBJECTIVE
1. KNOWLEDGE: The volunteer learns to understand and recognize their own motives to his social commitment. Develop a "knowledge", a basic methodology in the report help with the user through the learning of a verbal and nonverbal.
2. AWARENESS: The volunteer develops its capacities in the "know how to be" in connection with the user. Learn to recognize your feelings and accept those of the user.
3. SKILLS: The volunteer develops its capacities in the "know how" through the practice of one's awareness and knowledge acquired.
4. EXPERIENCE: The volunteer learns to "know how to stand" in the report, to recognize and manage their own emotional and behavioral responses, in "secure environment" during the course of orientation before they themselves become a potential source of stress and collapse of the grounds.
5. UPDATE: The volunteer has access to continuous training on the various themes in the report help, at no additional cost to the volunteer.
FREQUENCY
The training took place in a working group experiential, thematic modules with theoretical and practical, and presentation of a final report. The course begins Saturday, February 14, 2009 and ends Saturday, May 9, 2009 , with hours from 09.00 to 12.00, c / o SOCIAL CENTRE Via Buonamici, 11-51018 Pieve a Nievole PT , in collaboration with the Association and AUSER BTCMinistry.
The detailed course program will be announced in the first lesson.
Any changes will be communicated in due time. Participants must attend at least 80% of lessons. At the end of the course will receive a certificate of participation.
